It is with mixed emotions that we would like to announce that as of June 1, 2022, we will be changing our course and moving on from being owners/partners of Agility Physical Therapy. It has been a great 23 years and we have come a long way from our initial clinic in La Placita downtown, with just a couple of employees. We are proud of what we have accomplished and how we have grown to our current five clinic locations around Tucson. We had a goal of creating a physical therapy practice where clinical excellence was the norm, in an environment that was warm, inviting, comfortable and friendly- a place where people felt valued and well cared for. We have been able to maintain this environment as we have grown and have not wavered from our commitment to excellence in not only clinical care but in customer service as well. We are most proud of the culture we have been able to maintain and of the relationships we have cultivated. We have treated 3- 4 generations of the same families and have attended weddings, family gatherings, and funerals of those families. We have maintained relationships with people who have been with us since our doors opened in 1999, which to us, is the ultimate benchmark of success. We are proud and thankful for the employees who we have been lucky to employ. They have been of the highest quality, and we are proud of the careers that they have started with us and that have grown along the way. We are grateful to our Tucson community, who have trusted us with their care and supported us over the years. Tucson has been wonderful to Agility and to our family. We are appreciative of our referring medical providers – for their trust and support, and to all the others who have referred their friends, clients and loved ones to Agility for care. We could not have come all this way without you all.
While we are starting a new adventure with our family and re-locating out of state, rest assured that the care and quality that has been synonymous with Agility will continue. We brought a “behind the scenes” partner on board 5 years ago, which further strengthened us. A partner who held the same values, as evident in our continued commitment to our community has not changed since the onset of this partnership. This partner will continue with Agility and continue to uphold our values with our current staff, some of whom will be stepping into more leadership positions and who hold the same standards of quality and excellence that we do.
It is difficult to put into words what this company has meant to us, what the patients and staff have meant to us, and to what Tucson has meant to us. We are grateful for the opportunities we have had, the outpouring of love and support over the years, and most grateful for the people we have encountered along the way. We wish Agility continued success and we are confident in its continued commitment to quality and excellence. Thank you, Tucson, and Thank you to all our Agility Family over the years.
