Tom Sanderson PT

Clinic Director Pima/Wilmot

Tom graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University in 1985 with a career focus in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy.

Prior to attending PT school, Tom played collegiate baseball at the University of Arizona. Tom has a special interest in baseball-specific rehabilitation. He developed training and injury prevention programs for many of Tucson's High School Baseball programs, youth baseball organizations, and routinely works with collegiate and minor league baseball players. Developing a baseball-specific injury screen, Tom worked with a research team from the University of Southern California to implement this screen on a national level. This screen was recently published in the Sports and Exercise Medicine Journal titled `` A Proposal for Functional Screening of the Throwing Kinetic Chain in Baseball Pitchers to Assess Shoulder and Elbow Injury Risk``

As an Adjunct Teaching Professor at Northern Arizona University's Flagstaff and Phoenix Biomedical campuses Tom teaches elective Shoulder Evaluation and Treatment courses.

Tom's expertise includes Functional Movement evaluations and treatments. He is SFMA certified and has completed extensive coursework with the Gray Institute where he additionally holds a Nike Golf Performance Specialist Certification. Tom has had extensive training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and is certified in Dry Needling. He has developed spine strength and conditioning programs as well as multi-phase back school programs.

Tom was a Co-owner of Momentum Physical Therapy prior to joining forces with Agility Physical Therapy and is currently the Director of the Pima Clinic location.

Bridget Lynch DPT

Physical Therapist / Pima & Wilmot

Bridget is originally a native of Columbus, Ohio. She earned both of her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Health Sciences at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, as well as her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. Bridget was also a member of the Duquesne Women's Soccer Team during her undergraduate time there.

She enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses, with a special interest in pediatrics, returns to sport, and post-operative joint replacement. Bridget's favorite aspect of being a physical therapist is helping patients return to the activities they love to do!

When Bridget is outside of the clinic, she spends her time playing soccer, running, hiking with her dog, Sammy, or cheering on her Ohio State Buckeyes. She is a certified Running Analysis Specialist.

Emily Sauter DPT

Physical Therapist / Pima & Wilmot

Emily is from upstate New York and graduated from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY with a BS in Health Science in 2014 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016.

Emily swam four years for Nazareth and was an NCAA DIII All-American in 2012. She enjoys working with a wide variety of patients, from geriatrics to athletes of all levels and progressing them towards pain-free functional mobility.

Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys being active, swimming, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
