I’ve been seeing Tiffany for 4 out of the scheduled 8 weeks for my pelvic floor strengthening so far. My experience has been more then I expected! I love seeing my progress each week. One of the things I love, is that she takes time to explain why each of the movements and exercises effect the pelvic floor and may be causing the issues that I have. They’re very encouraging and always reminding to engage my core. If I could spend 1 day a week here for the rest of my life I wouldn’t complain because everyone there is wonderful and attentive. I am happy however that I am given the knowledge to be successful and complete the physical therapy so I can do it on my own.

All the others that work there have been courteous and helpful. I appreciate that there are a number of options to address my issues and a genuine desire to help me get better.
